If you want to exchange your product, for reasons that are our negligence as sellers, we are ready to help! We offer product exchanges with a customer complaint confirmation process within a maximum of 1 day after the product is received. Please note the following exceptions to our product exchange policy :
Items that have been discounted 360% are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items you wish to exchange must still have the tags attached and be returned in the original product packaging.
Returned items must not show signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
Record a continuous unboxing video that clearly shows the condition when the product was received.
Attach detailed photos of the product that is not suitable when you confirm your product exchange.
Send us the product you want to exchange.
